Hi. I recently purchased the EufyCam S330 which comes with the EufyCam 3. Is it normal for it to take forever to charge up? I left it to charge overnight and the battery charge barely went up by 1%. However if I were to turn the camera off, it start charging better.
It depends, if you were charging it and it lost communication with the base then it was using extra battery power looking for the base to connect is to why it took so long to charge even though it was plugged in. When you turned the camera off it stopped looking for the base
