I have 3 eufy pan tilt cameras and they’ve all worked fine. I just got a 4th one and set it up. It works fine except the local storage is not loading.
I have tried reformatting it, and also wanted to take the SD card out and re-insert. Except usually you can get the app to reveal the card slot or manually slid the tilt upwards to reveal the card slot. But this time, my pan tilt camera is not budging to reveal the card slot at all. It appears something is stuck? Help, what to do?!
What if you unplug it and try manually rotating it, is it still jammed?
Can you return it for an exchange?
Well I don’t have the pan and tilt cam.
Maybe the SD card has somehow ejected itself and it’s blocking it from tilting fully?
If that’s the case, maybe a sturdy sheet of thin plastic or something similar that you can slide between it may help at freeing of tilting the cam.
