I have the indoor pan/tilt camera e220 set to continuously record via homebase 2. No issues playing back with video and sound. I needed to download part of the recording as download option does not work. So used the record option. It records and saves file as MP4, problem is, it is video only, no sound. How do I fix this please. Did try eufy forum I joined but for no reason I have no option to make a post, although I can respond to posts.
