Eufy indoor 2k not showing thumbnails from earlier notifications after latest firmware update on 10 Dec 2022
Have you tried going into the notification settings in the eufy app?
Firmware update said: changed the default notifications to most efficient…
Select the other two that include thumbnail images.
Let me know if it works, cuz I’m having the same issue too and it didn’t work.

Well I’m running an older app version and am having the same issue too.
I believe it has something to do with agreeing to accept terms that thumbnail images will be going to the cloud, even if you don’t pay for the cloud use.
Since I’m using an old app version I probably don’t get that option to accept it.
You could try logging out of the app then close the app, open the app then sign in and see what happens??
I had posted a similar issue 3 days ago, with no replies. We can’t be the only ones.
