Issue:
If you’re recording 24/7 to the Homebase 3, it’s probably limited to 1080p, but there is a temporary fix now:
I had this issue with the E340 floodlight + HB3, wasted a dozen emails to support with no fix. Eufy provided a work around fix within a day after lifehackster made a vid calling them out.
May be we should compile a list issues and give it to LifeHacker?
So, just wondering if the recording on the Homebase 3 are only in 1080p.
I have 4 S100 wall cam and the local recording are in 2k but when I download from the Homebase 3 , it only comes in at 1080p. When I download from one of the wall cam local it’s in 2k .
Can the homebase 3 save recording in 2k? Please note these are trigger Motion, events.
