I haven’t had my Eufy doorbell for a long time, but at first it saved different recordings then it does now. It seems to skip alot.
Whenever someone has rang the doorbell, and I answer it, it should be recording right? However when I look back at the recordings in the eventslist, the recording itself is missing. It only shows human detections or movements, nothing more. I thought I saw another event type before which indicted a doorbell ring.
I don’t see any of these types anymore and find it strange that I cannot find any doorbell rings to begin with (anwsered or not).
I remember my Ring doorbell gave a clear distinction between movements, people recognized and doorbell ring moments. And even if there is no clear indication of a doorbell ring vs an human being detected. They all seem to be deleted whenever I look back as I cannot find them under different captions (movent, human) either.
Can anyone help me with this?
