Eufy camera C2 draining in less a week

Hello Support team,

My all 4 Eufy C2 cameras are draining too quick, in less than a weeks time.
What is more surprising these cameras are in disarmed mode.
We usually keep them armed while away from home.

Product advsertised the cameras need charging once in 6 months.
All of sudden I get notification cameras are have run of the battery.

Could you please advise what is the matter and how can I get them working for long period?

Go into settings on each camera and then select power manager… and then detection stats. Tell us the numbers. Also…. Do you use live view … and how much?

Screenshots from each of these cams would also help. Something just doesn’t add up here. You should get months…. Not days before charging.
