Error Code: 5099

Hi,

I just bought a brand new robovac X8 pro + docking station, and when I set up and tried to open it on the app, it asked me to upgrade the firmware of the robot. But, it keeps showing the error 5099 whenever I try to upgrade it.

Has anyone been through this error?
