I regularly use email to sms gateways for monitoring systems while away from the Internet. Doing this I receive SMS/text notifications within 3-4 seconds.
I’d like to see the Homebase2/3 allow sending an email notification when an alarm is activated or a motion/entry sensor detection is noted.
Allowing a user to specify from/to email addresses, subject and body.
This way I can send myself an SMS text message when I don’t have Internet available should the alarm go off.
