I have installed a new Eufy e340 floodlight camera. It is about 3 ft from the drivewa. Cars and vehicles are almost always not detected I have the motion sensor at max range and I have the motion detection sensitivity at the max. I also have the camera default angle pointed directly down at the driveway. I have the camera hung about 7 1/2 ft from ground. I have tried creating an activity zone of the entire driveway and turning it off completely. Today six cars went in and out of the driveway and I got zero alerts zero detection zero recording. One was even a giant FedEx truck passing with in feet of the device.
I have AI turned on and vehicle detection checked I also have the latest firmware update. I do not know what else to do this product is not working for vehicles. If a person walks up and down the driveway it always detects them. Can someone please help this camera is not working for the exact purpose that I bought it for.
