Double notifications on android

I been getting double person detection notifications on my android for my outdoor cam c22 and c24, i tried to turn the notis off and on and tried to logout and back in and still get double notifications

What kind of double notifications do you get? One without and one with a thumbnail?

I have it show it shows the alert thumbnail, i been getting two of the same notifications for a while now, and its only on those cameras i stated, i have indoor cameras set up with the same notifications but i do not get doubles

I sometimes get double notifications on my doorbell using the setting where it first sends the text and then later includes the image. If you’re using that setting too, it happens from time to time. If not, contact support@eufylife.com as it could be a new issue.
