Installed brand new 16va /30va transformer…19 volts showing up at E340. Battery was full at install and you say its supposed to keep charged in event of power fail.
So why is battery depleting? E340 should be running off transformer power and not the battery. Looks like it isn’t. Atr you telling me the transformer isnt powerful enough. Only other one able to find is a tri tap transformer with 24v/20va?
