does Eufy support have a solution for this - it appears to be a design flaw. need to return it if there is no solution from Eufy. Does anyone have any feedback from Eufy?
I have a T8210 on AC power and connected to an old traditional chime. Once in a while the chime rings but no one at the door and the app doesn’t register any door-bell event. Sometimes it happens a couple times within a week and sometimes it goes for months without happening. I have never reported it to support.
