I have installed my door bell 3 days ago now it’s showing no power and in the app it’s offline.
@ras31is the doorbell a battery, wired version? Need more details as well as is it hooked up to existing doorbell wiring or not? If no wire then sounds like a bad battery then I would go through eufy@support and have them work it out.
