Do not receive security code

Hello,

I am trying to login the Eufy app from a new device. It asks me for a security code which gets never delivered: not by text message, nor by email or phone prompt.

How can I make this work? Alternatively, how do I disable 2FA to avoid this situation.

Please advise, anyone!

they are horrible - constant problem with basic integration with Home Kit, poor camera quality and non existing customer service
this is a dead-end and nowhere to go for basic things like auth code
