Different Schedules for devices connected to Homebase 3

Apologies if this has been asked before - I have my doorbell and a garden camera both connected to Homebase 3.

I want the doorbell on 24/7 but I want the garden one on overnight only. I can setup a schedule but it’s for Homebase (so all devices) and not individual cameras.

Is there a way round this or am I missing something obvious?

If you drill down under Homebase, you can set which devices you want to assign to your schedule and whether they are on or off.

Is that via the app or can I do that on the website? In the app it only allows me to select times and the setting I want it in (Home or Away)

You have to set it up and control in the app.

  1. Set up Modes like Home or Away or a custom Mode with functions ( record, notify, alarm) for individual devices.

If you want all devices active when away, then go through the Away mode and tell each device what you want it to do in the Away mode.

Go through Home Mode and tell each device what you want it to do when you are Home.

  1. Set the Mode in your schedule at the time you want changes to happen.

  2. Switch Modes so that the Schedule is the active Mode.

It takes some time to set up initially, but after that it should just work.
