Cloud vs quality - NO ONE?

Hi,

I have bought the cloud for my S330.

But after I did the recording quality is only Full HD and not the 4K I was promised. See attached photo.

It seems imposible to change quality because of the cloud solution. When I try it says: since you have enabled subscribed to cloud storage the recording will only support Full HD.

This seems very odd!

I have now canceled the subscription, but I can’t change the quality to 4K and I can’t delete the cameras from the cloud so I can change for 4K.

Can anyone please help my storage back to the promised 4K.
