I cannot believe that clear glass lens protector fallen out. Please advise how to get unit replaced. Many thanks.
Hi, this appears to be a common issue from other posts on this forum. I suggest you contact eufy support which you can do within the app. On the apps homepage tap on the Explore button then tap on the human silhouette and then Support.
