Can't reset Homebase 2

My homebase 2 works together with a doorbell and when the doorbell rings, it can be heard via the Homebase. But the Homebase doesn’t have internet connection anymore. The red led on the front is continue on. When I try to reset the Homebase by pressing the reset button with a small pin, it’s telling me ‘Homebase isn’t enabled to the internet, please check your network’. That’s the same sound when I press the sync button. I tried to reboot the Homebase, use another ethernet cable, different ports on the router, nothing helps. I’m using the original power supply.

I think that I have to sent him back for repair, but maybe someone know a solution for this problem,

I have the same issue. Homebase 2 been working for well over a year then all or a sudden solid red light and it wont reset.

I needed to reboot my Homebase 2 as well and the sync button didn’t do anything, so I pulled the power cord, waited 30 seconds then plugged it back in. That ensured the Homebase would reboot and resync.
