Cameras no longer working

Hi there,
For the past week or so the cameras have stopped recording or sending notifications of any movement. We’ve tried turning everything on and off and completely re-syncing the cameras and still the cameras are not registering any movement whatsoever.

Has anyone had this issue? What can we do?

My question is, does anyone answer support questions in here?

Not really, if you expect help from eufy support. Use the app itself. Go to main view, select help and from the bottom the feedback button.
