Camera unable to freely move around

My floodlight cam has worked brilliantly for the past two years. In the last week the camera in unable to move around freely and appears ‘locked’ into a very small range of movement.

We’ve changed all settings, ensured the device is up to date on the last eat software and reset the device and nothing is working.

Is this a software issue?

Having similar issue with range of movement on both outdoor floodlight and indoor PTZ camera.
Have been able to resolve tempered by a combination of recalibration and rebooting.
Issued seems to come back every few days though, only since beginning of April (23)
