I have a combo of 2 cameras Eufy 2c + homebase2. They have been working fine since I purchased (around 2 month ago). From nowhere, today both stopped saving the motion detection videos. I do receive the notification, I can see the video when clicking on the notification. But when I go to the app they are not there…like they are not saved. I did restart the base but no luck so I did remove everything from the app, removed the app, installed everything again and same problem. Anybody having the same issue or know what can be done to fix? Tks

Me too. Maybe Halloween tick-or-treating has overloaded their servers. (2c camera and 2K battery doorbell).
