When I try to check About Device under setting, Android app crashed.
Anyone expetience similar issue?
The time timeline scrolling is still non functional under 4.6.9 android app
edit:. new 4.7.4 also crash…
The app crashed and won,t allow user to update device firmware.
ios 469 is ok but Androud failed.

I have 4.6.9_1733 running on my Samsung tablet using Android 13 and my Revvl phone on Android 11. Neither has any issues with “About Device” crashing. Both devices let me scroll and scrub forward and reverse on the timeline of my indoor and P&T cams.

It is probably the OS version. I have Android 7 OS not version 13.
At least it nail down the isdue a bit further.
Do you have isdue with scrolling the timeline in yoir sd card?
No issues scrolling timeline on either device.
I suspect that Eufy don’t even test anything older than v10 on Android as I have an old tablet thats on v8 and it has had issues with newer releases. I just leave it on and older version of Eufy app so I can still use it in a pinch.

Today, new Android app 4.7.1_1774 fixed this issue.
Event downloading still crash the App.
