All events have stopped showing on primary account when I added another resident

I added my husband as a second resident using the sharing function and as soon as I did that all my events stopped being logged in the little box with the number bottom right of both the solocam s40 and doorbell. He could see them by selecting events but my app now shows zero 0. I get the notification but when I click it nothing loads and it says click to retry.

This is the same issu for me . All events are not showing apart from 2 cameras currently recording to cloud.

Hope eufy sort this out pls
