When I leave my property my keypad doesn’t set my alarm ,I have to set it on my phone to away & on return I have to use my phone again .,how can I change this so the keypad sets it .

Two possible issues:

After typing in the code and pressing the mode, make sure you’re pressing the
check-mark button -
Your keypad might not be in range of the HomeBase. Does it work if you bring it closer?
