Alarm on my Homebase Eufy 2 is off, how can I put it in ON ?
I don’t find it in preferences…
I believe you’ll find that in the security tab, lower right Security shield on the apps homepage. Tap on that, then tap on the HomeBase. Working mode whichever one is highlighted tap on that cog wheel to open up the settings for it.
There is no “off” on the homebase alarm. ( I wish there was without cutting the speaker wires). But it can get turned down. Are you sure you are selecting homebase alarm under the security mode your using? If you turn on camera alarms on the security mode your using… do the cameras alarm? Or is your setup wrong?
