When I’m in the AI empowerment portion of the Homebase 3 it says “Select the camera you want to enhance.” But nothing shows up. I have Solocam S340 I thought this was compatible shouldn’t something come up on this page so I can choose my S340 and “empower” the camera ?
It should show the option to choose that camera, from what I have read for the S340 it is compatible with the HomeBase3…
Check to see if the HB3 & S340 firmware are up to date. Settings/General/About Device _ Check for firmware update.
One other thing that comes to mind, is the S340 connected to the HB3 via its own WiFi?
The camera itself should have the option to connect to HomeBase
