'About' links/pages, and apparent total lack of any Eufy attention to this community?

Lol… Please fix the ‘About the Site Feedback Category’ page… And how about SOMEONE at Eufy actually read, consider responding to, and maybe even take into consideration (especially when BRUTALLY obvious and frankly kinda necessary) feature / wishlist suggestions? :grin:

Eufy has never directly monitored this forum. Sometimes they post marketing info, but the moderators aren’t Eufy employees. Its a user board. Contacting support directly is your only choice.
