So just got 4 Eufy Pro 2 cameras in and 3 of them currently work fine. All set to 1080p video and play on my ipad. However the last camera keeps saying that “2k video aren’t available on this device” even though in the settings for the camera it is set to 1080p. Anyway to fix this or did I just get a messed up camera out of the box?
Just a bug… mine do that also. I just use my phone to watch the vid. On that last app update I can’t download on the iPad anymore. Welcome to Eufy updates!!!
