I added my wife to your account as an administrator. She is not able to see history on any of the cameras although she does receive alerts. Is there as setting for this?
We have 2 homes and have systems set up at both of them She cannot see history at either of them.

I had the same problem as well. It was caused by Eufy. They just released an update and now it works again. Make sure you update the app on both devices.
