Indoor Tilt Cam not connecting

My Xfinity gateway is showing my cam connected on my 2.4 frequency but when I’m on my app trying to connect the cam it won’t add as a device. Does anyone know how I can fix this please?

You need to have your mobile phone connected to your Wi-Fi and also Bluetooth should be on.

I don’t know how you got it connected to your Wi-Fi? Because that is the second step after you add the Device to the eufy app.
You may need to do a hard reset.

  • Perform a hard reset on your camera by holding down the “Setup/Reset” button for 10 seconds, then wait for approximately 30 seconds before repeating the setup process.
