Where can I download the windows 10 app.
Tested several browsers: no video. beacouse of flash!

There is no windows app for Eufy. You can however install Bluestacks or some other Android emulator that will give you full app functionality on a PC. I use Bluestacks and it works fine on several PCs and allows me to save my clips to windows for later viewing.
I don’t know what you mean by flash. Eufy doesn’t use flash for any of its video clips and never has. They used to use it to view clips on the web portal, but that has been replaced since last December when flash was offically put out of it’s misery.
