Hi all, I just bough the Video Doorbell and WiFi Chime package. I saw that the Chime has a micro SD card storage however, it does not appear that it can store the videos captured from the door bell. Does anyone have experience in this area? I would like to transfer the videos from the camera to the chime, either automatically or manually. Thanks.

If you have this model then it just automatically records to the SD card in the Wi-Fi chime.
Hi, it is this model, it’s not the home base, it’s a chime. On the side of the chime, it has a micro SD card slot. Pls see attached pictures.

Hmmm. All right, I do not have that doorbell and chime system.
Take a look into the doorbell settings and look for Storage, once you have that opened see if there’s an option that lets you record onto the doorbell chime SD card.
When you had put an SD card into the chime did it prompt you to format it?
Also, you will not be able to transfer videos that were recorded onto internal storage of the doorbell…
So you only have an option to either record onto the outside doorbell internal storage or the inside chime only.
Hopefully someone here has your exact set up and can guide you on how it’s done.
Yes I was able to format the SD card. I have a feeling this is a special combo package for BestBuy. The chime is never intended to be a video storage for the door bell, even though there is a SD card slot. I am just going to use the storage on the Video Bell for now to see how it performs. So far, I am pretty pleased with it. Thanks for “chiming” in - no pun intended

what type of sd card did you use
Just a standard micro sd card. For those who have bought the same package as me from Best Buy (in Canada), I received confirmation from Eufy that the Chime SD card does not store the images from the Door Bell camera.
I find it odd / unusual that they would sell this kit where the chime only operates as a doorbell…
Leaving the consumer, trying to figure out how to record on to the SD card.
The instruction manual should have stated that recording onto chimes SD card is not available with this kit.
