Who can’t see their security footage on the app

Who elso can’t see their security videos on the app because the app keeps saying my phone is not connected to the internet when it is. I have reset my phone and re logged into my internet and also reset my internet and it still won’t work.

Yes also same issue. Keep getting notifications but nothing listed in events and states my phone is not connected on internet when I am. Must be server issue. Please fix ASAP Eufy ?

I can’t see footage either, I’m also getting error 503 when trying to adjust motion settings.

Same here, it says server down. I don’t know what to do. I still get notifications but can’t see the video.

I have a cam that is not responding at all and can’t remove cam from app. Can not remove old camera image from app either.

Are the servers down again??

Dont see any problems in the UK all seems to be working fine from what I can see

Temporarily App Down for Maintenance

Some of our Eufy Security customers are experiencing problems accessing their Eufy Security app and video events.

We’re aware of this issue and are working on it urgently.

Eufy Security system is still recording and still working in the background. Once this server issue has been fixed, you will be able to see all the video recorded while access to events has been down.

We know this is frustrating, but please know our teams are working hard to get everything back up and running, and we will update you in the next couple of hours with the latest information.

Figures, I bought the floodlight today after reading fairly good reviews and wanted integration. Was a pain to set up with the server issues and I thought it was on my end but eventually got it working, now I can’t connect to the feed at all. Google home can turn the lights off and on though…
