Waste of money detects less than half of the people walking to my door, could be so good if detection was better. Brought this to replace a Ring doorbell because of their price increase absolute rubbish so disappointed.
It could be down to the settings. In some settings (optimal) it only records new events in short timeframe. On my 2k battery doorbell I had in this setting and would capture people coming to the door but not walking away. This was due to settings not capturing same person in short space of time. I now have all eufy on custom settings so I’m always getting every alert. Yes it does drain batteries a bit quicker but having on human detection only helps. Have a look at what settings you have working. May help. If it does please leave a comment so it can help others.

Tweak your settings?? Any suggestions, motion is set for humans only and not to the limit of my front drive but it goes off on buses passing on other side of road at night having failed to pick up a caller walking down my drive ten minutes before.
