Recently had a situation where the Eufy cam failed to record an event a mere 12’ from the camera. I’ve read across numerous sites that there are issues with the sensitivity and limited distance of the motion sensors. I’ve been in contact with Eufy requesting a total refund. Admittedly, my cameras are 3 months past the warranty, but Eufy has offered only a replacement of one of six cameras and refuses to give me a total refund despite constantly saying that they want me to be totally satisfied. They are offering a 30% refund! Spent $1200 on my system and yet they are oblivious to the concerns of their customers. STAY AWAY AND DO NO PURCHASE!!!
