Does anyone know if the video quality is better on the SD card in the cam vs. the quality of the video that is downloaded?
At 2k resolution when downloaded the video is not very good

It should really be the same that I think. I know sometimes, my default player asks for a codex to be downloaded. It may be something like that.
Maybe try a new player first. VLC app, I think can play the 2k videos. I think default players are not as crisp as they should be for the video quality they can produce nowadays…
