Unable to play live video - unable to secure a connection

I can’t take my cameras more than about 8 feet from the base station without losing connection - and this is with direct vision, let alone actually mounting the camera on a wall.
I have good wiFi all over my house. The router is brand new - I had the same problem with my older router as well. I have had one camera changed but I have the same problem with the replacement. I have re-sync’d many times. What else do I need to do? I feel like returning the whole lot at the moment.

In this case, please try to :

  • Upgrade the eufy security app to the latest version, and let us know the app version
  • Change the network to a Wifi network and see if it helps

Meanwhile, please also let us know your eufy account and the serial number on your Homebase device.
