Unable to connect to HomeBase (-13)

I am getting this error message when trying to connect to my cameras remotely after receiving a notification. I can (at least as of yesterday) still connect to them when I am in the house and on WiFi. This has happened before and they had me do something but I don’t remember what…

I would recommend restarting the Homebase remotely and if cannot connect to that either the next time you are back at your house to reboot the Homebase.

Btw, is your Homebase connected to wifi or via ethernet to the router?

same problem, After error -13 I am getting -23(on second try).
on home wifi all works

one day later -> problem is gone

I have the same problem after some other issues like notification and cameras not triggering motion. But after a few minutes, the system is working again. I want to know what the real cause of it. Is it the wifi system, the router or the base itself. I have homebase 2. I just bought homebase 3 but that means reconnecting all the cameras including those hard to reach cameras
with solar panel. Could someone from eufy answer the question. Thanks.
