My floodlight camera doesn’t record any events
Hi, I have bought a eufy home security alarm kit which i’ve added to my exisiting homebase3 (which has cameras already connected). What i want to happen is that when the home security is in away mode only, if the indoor sensor detects movement then the alarm on all of my cameras activates. I tried setting up an automation but its only allowing me to set this rule for 24/7 or on a timed schedule. We are in and out of the house at random times each day with no set routine so time schedules are no good. We want the alarms to only go off if the indoor sensor detects motion when the system is in away mode only. We’d be grateful for any advice. Thanks
An new eufycam on my system keeps taking a IPadres that is fixrd to a wired nas. No mater what I do or how many times I reset it, I does not take an other IPadres.

My homebase 2 isn’t responding and I’m trying to get on touch with them but it says you can’t take any calls due to high demand and I’m trying and trying to live chat but it says you are in a queue and you are on number 32 then its keeps going to 29 and back to 32. Can someone please resolve my issue?
I have a eufy video doorbell E340. During the set up when trying to get via WiFi, I enter the WiFi password and when it try’s to connect it does this for around 4/5 minutes and then says failed to connect to the network. It is trying to connect to a 2.4G WiFi and with have sent a replacement but still have the same issue. Any help please
My new s340 cams don’t charge with the solar panels that came with them. They do work with the usb charging cable and a charger that I have laying around (?)
Why does my live video freeze up?
Hi, we had two plants stolen from the front door and there was no footage for the day the theft occurred. How has this happened are the eufy doorbells easy to jam if so what is the point?

I’m not getting the videos on my floodlight cam360/ homebase2. I receive the notoriously but the videos are now showing. I have the last video at 325am 6 hours ago. I’ve reset my modem. Reset the power to the camera, logged out of the app, signed back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No luck. Help!?!

Doesn’t look like anyone uses this anymore but… why can’t I see the faces or change the person it should be associated to in face management? It keeps associating the wrong face to person.
Anyone have issues with phone being locked, hitting notidication, then unlocking it and going straight to eufy app just to be stuck on “decrypting stored file” forever?
Mine didn’t either and it was a prowler up to no good so switched activity area off the camera
