"The newly installed app must be verified..." and my password doesn't work. :(

I guess the Eufy Security app automatically downloaded an update on both my iPhone and iPad, and now I can’t re-gain access to the lock in order to manage users or configure the lock settings.

This isn’t an “I can’t remember my password” issue, I know what the master password/code is, but it doesn’t work, nor does entering any other user code work.

I’ve seen this issue posted a couple of other places, with the response from Eufy being to enter the original user code. Thing is, that doesn’t work, so there’s a problem with the new app update or the lock itself. Anyone else experienced this?

I have this issue as well.
