Wife has shared access to system however every so often she does not get notifications that someone is at door etc, works one day then next day it doesn’t. Phone settings all checked and correct. What’s going wrong
Make sure she doesn’t have battery power savings set on the Eufy app. In Android, you need to add a power saving exclusion so that app can run in the background instead of being shutdown to optimize battery. That is the source of most of the non-network related problems with notifications. The other setting that can effect notifications is background data. Need to make sure that the app can receive data while its running in the background.
Done everything suggested and still not ringing to let her.know someone is at the door.
