Server down be patience

I picked up a couple Arlo Q’s off eBay for $60 shipped. Going to stick with them until HomeKit cams work themselves out. It’s still too new and needs time to bake. With Arlo, I get 2 Factor and 5 devices save to the cloud for free, 7 days. That’s all I need. The cams I get on eBay are used, like new and more than half off new.

My system has been down since Friday - I can’t access either stored or live video via the app on my phone I am consistently receiving message “system upgraded- please remove all devices and add again.” I’ve tried repeatedly to reconnect home-base to my network but still receiving message. I called Anker yesterday and was told servers are still down, that the issue I’m having is connected to server issue and that I should give it another 24 hours. The issue still persists - what do I need to do to get this resolved? what makes it even more frustrating is this is a relatively recent purchased system -
