Different device, similar problem. Eufy Floodlight Cam2 Pro, System Version = 1.0.9.3. Can watch video with App on iPhone and via https://mysecurity.eufylife.com/.
When first configured, with authentication disabled, it worked. Tried several minutes later (authentication still disabled), it failed.

I’ve since enabled Basic authentication, wondering if that might help. Results in 401 error.
Via the App, I also restarted the camera and re-attempted the stream. Results in 401 error.

Then, after disabling authentication, it works, again.

For the near term, since its only viewed on my LAN, I can tolerate having security disabled. After all, its easy to toggle the RTSP stream on and off via the App.
That said, longer term, I’d like to know if there exists a workaround to have RTSP working reliably with Authentication enabled.
Thank you.
