Reinstalling S330 cam - SYNC fails

Bought an Eufy Homebase 3, Doorbell E340 and a S330 cam this week (sep 24 - 2024).
Installation worked allright but then I wanted to change some things and therefor disconnected the S330 cam.
Now it seems impossible to re-install the S330 cam.
The SYNC process is impossible to start since the SYNC button? refuses all actions.
As I look on the web there are more people complaining about the exact same issue.

Can Eufy support please give me a solution?!?!
