Hi. I have a eufy indoor camera that was stolen then recovered.
The camera uses local storage only, no cloud.
I received a notification showing the thief approaching the camera.
After the camera was recovered and plugged in, I was able to follow the notification and watch the video, but that view did not have a download button.
However in the events section, that recording is not listed. I’m guessing because the camera was disconnected by the thief right as it was recording. The notification is also gone so I can’t go back and even view it again.
How can I recover this video? The police are collecting all the evidence we have and the theft of the camera was (luckily for us) the strongest charge against the intruder.
