Could you please give an option to disable the enforced portrait mode in the iPad app for the dual doorbell camera. If the user has a Magic Keyboard attached to the iPad you have to either remove the keyboard or struggle with it on. It’s a pain.
An option would be great.
Today is the 17th May ‘23 and still no support for viewing the recordings natively in landscape on the iPad. You can use the ‘full screen’ option which turns on landscape, but when watching the recordings the ‘play’ and ‘pause’ controls remain greyed out.
Eufy, please correct this as I’m STILL having exactly the same problem as Stuart reported back in November ‘22.
