My eufy video doorbell 2k doesn’t send ring notifications on my android phone. Ring and motion notifications are both on, wi fi connected, I get only motion notifications, not ring. It rings on indoor chime but not on my phone. Ring notification is set up. Any idea?
What you mean by ring? If it’s when someone presses the doorbell button I will receive a notification and also a ding dong sound from the phone.
Double check the settings for the doorbell and also the chime settings.
Restart your phone also perhaps the settings weren’t acknowledged.
Thanks for replying. I just changed sound type for indoor chime from digital to mechanical and started receiving rings on my phone. But where they say to do so?!
