Only black Videos since yesterday on all Cams

Hey community,

since yesterday I have only black live stream and videos in my App.
Reboot the base station and reinstall the App doesn’t work.
Only black video with sound. The only way to see the recorded video is to download it.
Any ideas how to fix this issue?

you probably need to send a feedback and log to Eufy through the app.

I susoect Eufy now requires user to accept pic going to their cloud server. did that consent popup in your app?

you need latest firmware in your base station as well.

=> No, I did install again and this question will not comes up. I have no cloud. I only use my bsae station to store videos. Why Cloud with additional costs?

you need latest firmware in your base station as well.
=> Base station adn cams are on the latest software

Other ideas someone?
