Notifications for Family

So I’m setup as the main user and my wife is added as a family member with admin privileges. She does not get notifications most of the time. I have checked settings on the base and her phone. Is this happening to anyone else. I want to know before I open another of many tickets

Re-install the Eufy app and verify the app is given all permissions. Power save mode on the device could also be a factor.

Failing that restarting home base may help.

Thanks. I was going to try to remove her from sharing and then add her back. I assume it’s not a problem for everyone at this point.

I removed the wife as family and added her back. She says it seems to be working.
